Festival Entry Form

Grand Prize Drawing:

At the end of this year's festival, a drawing will be held for Nursery Gift Certificates.

There will be a total of seven (7) prizes:

first prize $ 300.00
second prize 200.00
third prize 150.00
fourth prize 125.00
fifth prize 100.00
sixth prize 75.00
seventh prize 50.00

To win, you must simply visit and receive a stamp at all four of the festival locations, and then turn in the completed form at the final site visited. The winner (who need not be present at the drawing) will be notified via telephone.
